Mobile Information
SMS/MMS Messaging Consent
Herd Healthcare may use SMS/MMS messaging to communicate with you regarding your account, services, or promotional offers. We only send SMS/MMS messages to consumers who have provided us with explicit consent.
Verbal Consent Process:
We gather consent to send SMS/MMS messages verbally during phone calls with our customers. When a customer expresses interest in receiving SMS/MMS communications regarding Herdhealthcare Service, our customer support representatives explain the purpose of the messages, the frequency of communication, and any associated costs (message and data rates).
The customer support representative then explicitly asks for the customer’s verbal consent to receive these messages. If the customer verbally agrees, the representative documents the consent, including the date and time of the call, the customer’s phone number, and a summary of the conversation where consent was given.
We maintain detailed records of these verbal consent interactions to ensure compliance and provide proof of consent if needed. We do not send SMS/MMS messages to any customer who has not explicitly provided verbal consent during a phone call.

Your mobile phone number will be used solely for the purpose of sending you SMS/MMS messages related to Herdhealthcare service and to facilitate your verbal opt-out request. We will not share your mobile number with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
When you provide your mobile phone number, we collect and store your mobile phone number, the date and time you provided it, and any records related to your verbal consent and opt-out requests. This information is used to send you the messages you requested, to process your opt-out request, and to comply with legal requirements.
